It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are issued only within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 30 days. Checks cannot be accepted as a form of payment for Internet Orders. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been altered, laundered, worn, or customized with your name or school logo. Shoes cannot be accepted for return that show visible wear or any exposure to chemicals or fluids from healthcare sites. We will not accept shoes returned in original box taped up. Any cancellations after 5 business days will result in a $15 restocking fee. All items are subject to a $15 restocking fee, at the descretion of the manager.
